Refund policy

30 day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us through the contact page with your order number and tell us what you would like to return. We reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected we approve the refund and issue it to your original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank it can take another 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us with a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and you will not pay return shipping.

Exceptions

Items marked as final sale and gift cards cannot be returned.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are handed to the carrier. Contact us as soon as possible and we will stop the shipment if it has not left the warehouse.
